FAQ

What is the cancellation policy?

University of Toronto Schools (UTS) reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program due to insufficient registration. Minimum registrant requirements vary. We strive to let clients know if a program has to be rescheduled or cancelled well in advance of the start date.

If UTS cancels, clients will be contacted and rebooked for another session of the same or similar program. Registrants may also request a full refund to be processed in cases such as these.

If a client cancels, all cancellations are subject to a fee that will not exceed $100, but varies by program. There are cancellation deadlines after which no refund will be issued. Please review the cancellation policy for each program carefully before agreeing to it.

What are extended hours?

If extended hours are being offered for the program you wish to enroll your child in, typically, the hours are from 8:00am to 9:00am and from 4:00pm to 5:00pm daily. The end times may vary depending on the program. The day will always begin at 8:00am and end no later than 5:00pm.

For most camp programs, regular programming will run from 9:00am to 4:00pm daily. On occassion, those hours will fluctuate by approximately 30 minutes.
